This is my first take on Annie Mae and how she feels about being “A Dog in Charge”.
Audrey: Hello Annie. I’m happy to have you here this evening to discuss the in’s and out’s of being a dog in charge. For my first question, I’d like to know exactly what ‘a dog in charge’ means to you.
Annie: Thank you for having me, Audrey. Yes, well, a dog in charge for me may not be entirely what you’d expect. I don’t run around trying to tell everyone what to do or anything like that but what it really means for me is that being in heat all the time has it’s advantages.
Audrey: WHAT?
Annie: You heard me right. Being in heat. Do you have any idea what a dog in season can do to an otherwise strong and commanding male beast? You have no idea.
Audrey: I really think this interview has taken on meaning that I perfer not to post on this blog. I’m sorry. Do you have anything G-rated that I might be able to add to the story?
Annie: No, not at this time. I thought you understood where I was coming from. That’s a shame that you do not want to air this. I will just have to find another, more open-minded publisher for my stories. Good evening.
Folks… I am sorry about that. I try to keep it clean here and as you can see, that is not always possible. I look forward to our next interview.
annie dog Dog House flower interview mae pet blog pets pomeranian seasonI had a chance to interview Ethel this morning and I wanted to get her take on how a cat feels about being a night cat or a morning cat. This is what she had to say on the subject.

Audrey: Good morning Ethel Cat. First I’d like to ask you whether you are a morning cat or a night life cat.
Ethel Cat: Good Morning Audrey. Well, first off I’d like to say that I am not the norm when considering the reputation that cat’s for centuries have had to uphold. I confess that I am somewhat of a morning cat and prefer to sleep at night time. I suppose I’ll catch a lot of hell over this statement from my peers, but it had to be told.
Audrey: Are you saying that it is purely myth that most cats tend to stay awake in the night time and sleep all day long?
Ethel Cat: Well, that is not exactly what I am saying but I do know for a fact that there are more morning cats out there than what any cat is willing to admit. I suppose I’m just a rebel at heart and enjoy seeing the faces of my fellow felines when I spout off with truths that are not suppose to be told.
Audrey: I see. I know that I am shocked to hear such a revelation coming from one such as yourself!
Ethel Cat: Yes, I know it is a shock to hear this but I just don’t like the fact that cat’s are stereo typed all through the entire world. I think it is high time one of us steps forward and lets the world in on how it really is.
Audrey: I am certainly glad that you did. For a long time now I wondered why you were always up so early and never seem to sleep very much during the day.
Ethel Cat: Well Audrey, there you have it. The truth laid bare. I hope that this interview will help shy and cat’s undercover everywhere see that they too can come out of the sack and let the world know that they are morning cats!
Audrey: I’d like to thank you Ethel Cat for showing up for this interview this morning. I’m sure that cat’s everywhere will be glad that you did! Tune in to our next interview when Annie Mae Flower will be telling us the in’s and out’s of being a dog in charge.
Ok… I’m behind on posting but I have been setting up a small kennel and had to get it done in order to start taking care of my Poms. I won’t be breeding until mid June but I can hardly wait. I have a really pretty male and you’ve seen a pic of my female on here. I changed her name when I sent her paper work in though to Annie Mae Flower. Cute, huh? My male is Sawyer. I’ll write more later on.
